Given the nature of the products to be purchased, and in accordance with article 45, section b, of Law 7/1996 of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade, the user will not be able to return to Xarcuteries Debón the purchased products if there is no error in the preparation of the order or the bad condition of any of these products on the part of Xarcuteries Debón. 

The return will be partial for the wrong products or in bad condition.

In case of return of any of the products, it must be made at the time of delivery and in perfect condition (not damaged, soiled or opened by the user), properly protected and in its original packaging.

After Xarcuteries Debón checks the condition of the products, the amount corresponding to the returned units will be reimbursed.

Xarcuteries Debón will use the same payment method that the client used for the initial payment, within a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation.
